About The Position

The Senior Recruiter operates as an experienced recruiting professional owning a complex recruiting portfolio with a clear emphasis on proactive sourcing, branding, and strategic pipeline development. This position defines and executes advanced sourcing and talent strategies, applying deep market insights and data driven decision making to influence hiring outcomes. The Senior Recruiter acts as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, shaping search strategy, calibrating expectations, and driving results across challenging talent segments. This role contributes to process improvements, talent intelligence, and team capability building, while maintaining accountability for delivering on business hiring needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Five (5) or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience with heavy emphasis on proactive sourcing.
  • Previous experience utilizing recruiting tools ATS and CRM systems and talent sourcing and market intelligence platforms required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience recruiting for niche, low-supply talent populations in technical or trade/energy-based fields strongly preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, souring strategies and talent market dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Designs and executes multi-channel sourcing strategies targeting passive and active candidates across functions, geographies, and new markets.
  • Partners with hiring managers to set realistic expectations and align on hiring plans.
  • Evaluates candidate profiles using structured phone screen assessments covering availability, interest level, compensation alignment, relocation needs, and position qualifications.
  • Coordinates and attends interviews as needed.
  • Leads targeted continuous improvement initiatives such as sourcing efficiency, process bottlenecks, data quality and drives them to completion.
