About The Position

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a seasoned recruiter to drive talent acquisition efforts in Foothill Ranch, California. The role works with candidates and hiring managers across retail and business functions to attract and retain talent. The recruiter manages full-lifecycle recruitment, builds partnerships with internal and external client groups, and contributes to recruitment projects and events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 3 years of recruiting experience in retail, corporate, consumer, or supply chain industries.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with change management and flexibility in work style.
• Developing analytical skills, with the ability to report and understand data.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience supporting an international multi-brand business.
• MBA or advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-lifecycle recruitment processes and strategies.
• Partner closely with internal clients and external candidate populations.
• Execute creative sourcing techniques and candidate assessments.
• Source, screen, and present high-quality, diverse talent to Hiring Managers.
• Build and maintain proactive partnerships with internal and external client groups.
• Implement and enforce consistency with recruiting policies and procedures.
• Contribute to recruitment projects and lead virtual and in-person recruitment events.
