Job Summary This position is responsible for identifying, attracting, and delivering qualified candidates to hiring managers to fill open technical positions. The role partners closely with hiring managers and candidates to support effective hiring decisions while ensuring compliance with corporate AAP/EEO and diversity objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business and 4 years’ experience OR 8 years’ experience.
  • Recruitment experience in recruitment agency or corporate environment.
  • Experience with one or more applicant tracking systems and HRIS.
  • Organizational, communication and problem-solving skills as well as sound judgment.
  • Ability to establish priorities in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Ability to work with other departments within HR and collaborate effectively.
  • Ability to recruit and work with hiring managers remotely.
  • Ability to act as counselor to hiring managers and candidates on staffing and other HR related issues.
  • Clear and concise interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • High energy level and willingness to do whatever is needed to get job done.

Responsibilities

  • Source, screen, interview, and refer qualified candidates for open technical positions.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop accurate job specifications and descriptions.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, job fairs, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Manage both internal and external candidate pipelines to ensure timely and effective hiring.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and recommend appropriate salary and compensation structures.
  • Track, analyze, and report key recruitment metrics related to technical staffing efforts.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with AAP, EEO, and diversity policies and guidelines.
  • Leverage knowledge of labor market trends and competitive intelligence to position the organization effectively within the marketplace.
