About The Position

The Sr. Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting by partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and secure top-tier talent while delivering a strong candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Fashion, or related field
  • 5-10+ years of managing full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the fashion or retail industry
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with ATS and sourcing tools
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Consistent in-office presence is vital to the role as it is for all Haddad Brands team members, so that we all have a full appreciation, aesthetically and tactilely, of the qualities that define our brand partners’ products and set them apart from their competitors.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer acceptance
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies
  • Draft and post job descriptions across relevant platforms
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews
  • Coordinate the interview process and manage candidate experience
  • Extend offers and support negotiations
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and industry networks
  • Build talent pipelines and maintain candidate relationships
  • Create and execute a strategy to build and maintain the employer brand
  • Represent company at fashion events and networking opportunities
  • Maintain ATS records and recruiting metrics
  • Special projects as assigned
