About The Position

Charlie Health is a rapidly growing organization dedicated to connecting people with life-saving behavioral health treatment. We deliver personalized, virtual care focused on connection between clients, clinicians, care teams, loved ones, and supportive communities. Our mission is to expand access to meaningful care and improve outcomes for individuals with complex needs, all from the comfort of their homes. We are seeking a Technical Recruiter to help scale our product and engineering teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to be one of the first technical recruiters, manage the full recruitment cycle, establish processes, and collaborate with leaders to grow their teams. The ideal candidate will serve as an advisor to candidates and internal partners, be inspired by our mission, and excited to build a business that impacts millions of lives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in high growth environments
  • Successful track record of sourcing and closing passive candidates
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships
  • Experience successfully partnering with key stakeholders/hiring managers in order to drive effective recruitment
  • Strong sense of urgency and flexibility, with an ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Savvy with the latest technology and recruitment tools

Responsibilities

  • Execute the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a high quality and top-notch candidate experience
  • Effectively interview candidates to determine fit in relation to role requirements while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the recruitment process
  • Act as a recruiting consultant to business partners on hiring strategies, sourcing strategies, and initiatives aimed at helping us to hire quality talent at scale
  • Establish effective communication flows with key stakeholders regarding recruiting efforts by providing status updates through meetings, email updates, and reports
  • Ensure that candidate tracking is up to date and compliant in Greenhouse
  • Develop pipelines of candidates in niche areas as determined by business needs
  • Track goals, metrics, and performance of all recruiting efforts
  • Find ways to continue to raise the bar for Charlie Health’s recruiting efforts

  • Comprehensive benefits for all full-time, exempt employees
  • Total target base compensation between $80,000 and $125,000 per year
  • Pay determined by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations
  • Cash compensation is part of the total compensation package
