About The Position

Hire the team that drives the business. As a Senior Recruiter you are the talent advisor to our North American hiring leaders and own end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles, functions, and levels. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to directly shape the trajectory of the organization by aligning talent strategy to business strategy and bringing the right people into the right seats at the right time. You will partner with hiring managers as a thought partner on their talent needs and the talent market — translating business priorities into hiring outcomes that move the company forward. You'll build proactive sourcing engines for our both niche roles and high volume businesses, run a candidate experience that reflects our values, and act as a brand ambassador. Success in this role is measured by the quality of talent you bring in, the speed and confidence with which leaders make hiring decisions, and the impact those hires have on business outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with in-house recruitment supporting business leaders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong sourcer with a track record of filling complex, niche, and high-volume roles through proactive, market-mapped pipelines.
• Commercial mindset — deeply understands how talent enables business strategy and can speak credibly to the expertise required for the roles they hire.
• Comfortable influencing leaders without formal authority; brings data, market insight, and a clear point of view.
• Excellent judgment on candidate quality and hiring decisions; high bar for talent and for candidate experience.
• Operates with speed, ownership, and resilience in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for across functions and levels, acting as the single point of accountability for hiring outcomes in the region.
• Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies for high-volume, critical, and niche roles, maintaining a diverse and continuously refreshed candidate funnel.
• Act as a thought partner to leaders on organization design, talent risk, succession, and hire-vs.-develop tradeoffs.
• Support VP of Talent on senior leadership hiring, strategic talent initiatives and global hiring priorities.
• Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand what success looks like in each role and translate that into a clear hiring bar.
• Bring external talent market insight into leadership discussions and influence hiring decisions with data, urgency, and business context.
• Educate business leaders on interviewing best practices, hiring discipline, and the external talent marketplace.
• Maintain constant, proactive communication with leaders to drive alignment and remove friction in hiring process.
• Lead the interview experience end-to-end, ensuring consistent and timely communication with every candidate.
• Set clear expectations with candidates and hiring managers to drive speed and decisiveness through the process.
• Facilitate accurate, actionable hiring decisions that produce the best talent outcomes for the business.
• Deliver a streamlined, high-quality candidate journey from first contact through onboarding.
• Proactively identify and drive process and recruitment system improvements.
• Embody and live the company's core values in every candidate and leader interaction.
• Develop and amplify the employer brand across North America to attract, retain, and inspire world-class talent.
• Challenge assumptions and drive change where talent strategy needs to evolve to support the business.
• Operate with speed and clarity in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Drive process through AI tools that help us move with more efficiency and precision in our talent strategies.
