About The Position

HJ Staffing is seeking a Sr. QNXT Software Engineer to support enterprise software development initiatives for a leading healthcare organization. The role focuses on designing, developing, integrating, and supporting complex software solutions that improve operational efficiency and business performance, particularly within healthcare payer environments and QNXT platforms.

This is a hybrid role. Candidates must currently reside in Arizona and be able to work onsite at an Arizona office when needed. Sponsorship is not available now or in the future; candidates must be U.S. citizens or Green Card holders. Direct, hands-on QNXT platform experience is strictly required and must be clearly reflected on the resume.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience within healthcare technology environments.
• Direct, hands-on experience with QNXT platforms and healthcare payer systems.
• Strong experience in software architecture, design, development, and integration.
• Experience developing enterprise platform software, integrations, and communication frameworks.
• Proficiency coding in multiple programming languages.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Experience with software configuration management and change management practices.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Candidates must currently reside in Arizona and be able to work onsite at an Arizona office when needed.
• Candidates must be U.S. citizens or Green Card holders; sponsorship is not permitted now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex enterprise healthcare software solutions.
• Lead software architecture, requirements gathering, technical design, and coding initiatives.
• Develop and support integrations, APIs, connectors, and communication frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define features and deliver scalable solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Support software verification, validation, testing, and certification activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing customer and operational support.
• Participate in process improvements, value engineering, and future-state technology planning.
• Ensure software configuration management and change management best practices are followed.
