Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years property management experience is preferred (can include combination of leasing, assistant manager, and/or property manager experience.)
- Current driver license and proof of automobile insurance.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- E-Verify required for I-9 compliance.
Responsibilities
- Maximize the property’s net operating income and otherwise facilitate optimum performance of the property.
- Effectively manage personnel, leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, risk management, expense control, revenue enhancement, capital improvements, information reporting, and compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
