About The Position
Pavion is seeking a Sr Project Manager to join its fire business unit. The role manages and coordinates multiple simultaneous projects and is responsible for project execution and successful completion. The position also oversees project documentation and change requests, coordinates with other construction trades to keep projects on schedule, communicates project status to the operations manager, and manages procurement to support budget estimates.
Requirements
- Knowledge of NFPA and trade standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- The posting recommends 3–5 years of experience in the fire protection industry and project management.
Responsibilities
- Manage, direct, and coordinate all aspects of multiple simultaneous projects.
- Ensure project execution and successful completion.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, contracts, change order requests, and subcontractor change orders.
- Work with other construction trades to keep projects on schedule.
- Communicate project status to the operations manager.
- Manage procurement to ensure budget estimates.
