About The Position

Raytheon, an RTX business, is seeking a Program Management, Planning and Scheduling professional to join its Planning & Activation organization. The role develops, maintains, and analyzes Program Master Phasing Schedules and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), building integrated activity networks and workflows that provide accurate, appropriate, and effective plans for the work scope. It analyzes schedule accuracy and completeness, critical paths, risk integration, IMS structure, trends, and schedule metrics; reviews and implements IMS coding and outlining structures; and ensures compliance with scheduling directives and best practices. Depending on the effort’s size and complexity, the planner may assist a lead planner on a larger effort or own a smaller effort. The planner leads development, integration, and governance of complex IMSs using MS Project and supports alignment among technical scope, contractual requirements, program management practices, resources, cost, schedule, and technical baselines. The role supports near-term execution and long-range planning, leads advanced schedule analysis, and provides senior-level schedule support to EAC and LRE processes. It also prepares schedule review packages and formal CDRL submissions, advises program leaders and customers on status and schedule risks, and supports compliance, audit readiness, and baseline integrity. The position collaborates across engineering, operations, supply chain, contracts, and finance to establish a credible Program Measurement Baseline, while providing mentorship and technical oversight to junior planners and improving planning processes and tools. This is an onsite U.S.-based role in Andover, Massachusetts. U.S. citizenship and an active, existing DoD Secret clearance after day one are required; candidates must also be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance. The stated salary range is $118,300–$224,900. Eligible applicants may qualify for benefits and annual incentive compensation, subject to business-unit and position terms.
