About The Position

Raytheon, an RTX business, is seeking a Program Management, Planning and Scheduling professional to join its Planning & Activation organization. The position develops, maintains, and analyzes Program Master Phasing Schedules and Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), establishing accurate and effective networks and integrated workflows for program scope. It analyzes critical paths, risk integration, IMS structure, schedule trends, and related metrics, and implements schedule coding and outlining structures in accordance with directives and departmental best practices. It oversees resource-loaded schedules and integration across cost, schedule, and technical baselines, and supports near-term execution and long-range planning. The planner conducts advanced schedule analysis, supports EAC and LRE processes, prepares schedule review packages and formal CDRL submissions, and advises program leaders and customers on schedule status, impacts, risks, and acceleration scenarios. The role also supports compliance with Raytheon scheduling policies and DFARS/EVMS requirements, baseline integrity and audit readiness, and collaboration across engineering, operations, supply chain, contracts, and finance. It provides mentorship and technical oversight to junior planners and helps improve planning processes, tools, and organizational capability. This is an onsite position in Tucson, Arizona.
