•$118,300 - $224,900•Onsite

About The Position

Raytheon, an RTX business, is seeking a Program Management, Planning and Scheduling professional for its Planning & Activation organization. The role develops, maintains, and analyzes the Program Master Phasing Schedule and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), including the network and integrated workflow of schedule activities, to establish an accurate, appropriate, and effective plan for the scope of work. It analyzes schedule accuracy and completeness, including critical path, risk integration, IMS structure, trends, and schedule-related metrics, and ensures coding, outlining structures, and practices comply with directives and department standards. Depending on the effort’s size and complexity, the planner will support a lead planner on a larger effort or take responsibility for a smaller effort. The role leads the development, integration, and governance of complex IMSs; oversees resource-loaded schedules and their alignment with cost, schedule, and technical baselines; and develops planning artifacts for near-term execution and long-range planning. It provides senior-level schedule analysis and support for EAC and LRE processes, prepares schedule review packages and formal CDRL submissions, and advises program leaders and customers on status, impacts, risks, and acceleration scenarios. The planner also ensures compliance with scheduling policies and applicable DFARS/EVMS requirements, supports audit readiness and baseline integrity, collaborates across functions to maintain an executable Program Measurement Baseline, and mentors junior planners. This is an onsite position in Tucson, Arizona.
