About The Position

Beacon Biosignals is seeking a customer-focused Senior Program Manager to join us in our mission to make brain monitoring easily accessible, interpretable, and actionable. As a Senior Program Manager, you'll work with neurologists, research scientists, data scientists and engineers to deliver high-quality, reproducible analysis products that drive advancements in brain heath. This role reports to the Program Management Director and is part of our Life Sciences business. Beacon's robust asynchronous work practices ensure a first-class remote work experience, but we also have in-person office hubs available located in Boston, New York and Paris.

Requirements

  • A knack for finding the best times to deliver helpful reminders that keep people and the project on track
  • Ability to ask questions that help the team uncover dependencies, identify priorities, and anticipate where new quality checks will be needed
  • Ability to capture key takeaways from conversations in well-structured notes made visible to the entire team
  • Ability to track multiple threads in conversation and ensure all important topics are fully addressed
  • Ability to facilitate productive meetings and ensure input from all team members is heard
  • Ability to work and re-work written communication until satisfied it is clear and concise
  • Ability to figure out what the team should do first and why
  • Ability to catch little errors and inconsistencies that affect the quality of a deliverable
  • Experience successfully managing complex projects that require the involvement of cross-functional teams and/or experience doing so unsuccessfully and knowing what went wrong and what would be done differently
  • Ability to research and ask questions until understanding what data and charts are saying
  • Interest in learning more about analytics, statistics, and/or machine learning
  • 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry

Nice To Haves

  • Prior tech startup experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans and execute those plans to timelines and budget
  • Adapt plans to changing customer needs and/or changes in analysis approach as new findings are revealed
  • Serve as a primary contact point for the customer, ensuring timely response and communication
  • Ensure appropriate and timely decision-making
  • Support data collection from customers and collaborators, and ensuring compliance to data onboarding protocols
  • Ensure compliance with operating procedures and standards for data extraction processes, visualization and data governance
  • Document and organize requirements, success criteria, milestones and deliverables for projects
