About The Position

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is seeking a Sr. Program Manager to join its Child and Family Community Based Services (CFCBS) team. The role supports BHN’s mission of empowering people to live healthier, more fulfilling lives through compassionate, high-quality behavioral health services. The Sr. Program Manager oversees program quality, staff performance, budgets, administrative policies, and partnerships with community entities. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a stated pay range of $104,355 to $138,270.38.

Requirements

Master’s degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Public Health, Social Work, or Psychology.
At least five years of supervisory experience in a related field.
Experience developing and operating community-based programming.
Demonstrated success in collaboration and integration efforts with external community entities.
Working knowledge of general management principles, particularly fiscal management.
Demonstrated experience collecting and organizing data from various sources to inform client care and service delivery.
