About The Position

This role supports the business group by providing senior-level business support for Professional Services including budget management, compliance, contract assistance, and operational oversight. It manages complex budgets, ensures regulatory compliance, and oversees day-to-day business processes and quality standards. The role coordinates cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgraded products and services while managing program risks and changes. Success is measured by effective budget control, compliance adherence, timely program delivery, and partner satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience OR Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience; Acceptable areas of study include Business, Finance, Economics, Sales or related field
  • 4-7 years Experience in organizational programs, project management or related area.
  • 2-4 years Supervisory or program management experience.
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Develop project plans and schedules with budget oversight to ensure timely and cost-effective program delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to support new product and service launches
  • Ensure implementation readiness by aligning installation and professional services requirements with program timelines
  • Implement process controls to maintain department compliance with corporate and regulatory standards
  • Oversee operational workflows to ensure quality and consistency
  • Support adherence to standardized processes for installation activities
  • Manage contracts and vendor relationships, acting as liaison between management and external partners
  • Support vendor onboarding, performance tracking, and issue resolution
  • Coordinate vendor-supported installation activities to ensure alignment with program delivery requirements
  • Create and lead project and cross-functional teams, providing statistical and status reporting to stakeholders
  • Provide status reporting and performance insights to stakeholders
  • Communicate installation program readiness status, including risks, and dependencies
  • Manage program changes and risks by evaluating impacts and promoting best practices for continuous improvement
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across program delivery
  • Identify process improvements related to installation efficiency
  • Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
