About The Position

This role supports marketing plan and activities for products within the competitive arena. It involves working with teams on strategy to support advanced insights, value propositions, and collateral that describe the unique benefits of ServiceNow. The position also coordinates product launches, including messaging, positioning, internal communications, and field/event marketing. Additionally, it determines measurements, develops automated dashboards, partners with product teams to design and administer A/B and multivariate tests, and implements the research and data strategy for the product lifecycle to ensure the next generation of products provide customer value and success.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Natural empathy for, and understanding of, needs of customers across multiple types of organizations
  • The ability to create ideas for how our products can make our customers and partners more successful
  • Creative messaging skills based on value and benefits
  • Passion about our products and the possibilities of shaping the future of how people work
  • Excellent people skills to work with team members and third parties
  • Experience with qualitative methods of user experience research including focus groups
  • Ability to summarize our requirements into research needs
