Sr. Product Marketing Manager - Developer

Microsoft•Redmond, WA
•$106,400 - $222,600

About The Position

Microsoft is hiring a technical product marketing leader to take developer products from GitHub and Microsoft to market. The role calls for a hands-on technical storyteller with strong customer instincts who can move between product shaping, business model definition, and go-to-market execution. The successful candidate will work comfortably with product leaders and field sellers to craft a cohesive narrative across GitHub and Microsoft, particularly as AI reshapes software development. The role develops and executes end-to-end go-to-market strategies, shapes product direction in partnership with product and engineering, defines value propositions, and turns customer insights, competitive intelligence, field feedback, and product telemetry into positioning and go-to-market decisions. It also evaluates pricing and packaging, selects appropriate marketing channels, and leads launch planning and enablement for sellers and partners. The typical U.S. base pay range is USD $106,400–$203,600 per year. For specific work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area, the range is USD $137,600–$222,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. The position will be open for at least five days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until filled.
