About The Position

NCC is seeking a senior-level, hands-on product manager to lead its credit, compliance, and fraud capabilities for automotive retail. The role owns the product roadmap and drives new product innovation, strategic credit bureau relationships, AI-driven insights and decisioning, and expansion of NCC’s platform and offerings. It involves direct and frequent engagement with dealers, including on-site dealership visits, translating customer and market insights into product requirements, and delivering measurable impact on revenue, innovation, and competitive positioning. The Product Manager leads products through the full lifecycle—from ideation and validation through building, launch, and iteration—and partners closely with product, engineering, sales, and go-to-market teams. The role also defines pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies, tracks product performance, and adjusts the roadmap based on adoption, usage, and revenue. Success includes a growth-driving roadmap, strong customer validation, multiple product launches with measurable adoption, increased revenue from new offerings, and greater dealer engagement with NCC’s solutions.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of product management experience in credit, compliance, fraud, or related data products.
  • Experience building or managing decisioning platforms, risk-driven solutions, or similar products.
  • Experience working with consumer credit, fraud, identity, or risk-related data sets.
  • Automotive retail experience and a solid understanding of dealer operations; direct work with or inside dealerships is ideal.
  • Understanding of the lender environment and how credit affects dealer operations, including desking, F&I, lender approvals, and funding.
  • Familiarity with third-party and proprietary data sources and the ability to translate them into product value.
  • Proven ability to take products from concept through validation, launch, and scale.
  • Strong commercial instincts and understanding of how products drive revenue, adoption, and differentiation.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams.
  • Comfort operating in a fast-moving, build-oriented environment.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for on-site dealer meetings.
  • Hands-on AI experience, including use of AI tools in day-to-day work, building or shipping products with AI capabilities, and a clear point of view on AI product opportunities.
