About The Position

Ford’s Integrated Services organization creates and markets customer experiences that integrate hardware, software, and services across Ford Blue, Model e, and Ford Pro. Its products and services enable retail and commercial customers to customize vehicles through over-the-air experiences that improve over time. Ford is building connected digital platforms that change how vehicles function, how people interact with them, and the value they provide. This role will make Ford Pro’s software-as-a-service offerings enterprise-ready by delivering custom integrations and features for large fleet customers, then turning successful solutions into reusable capabilities within a new extensibility platform. The Sr. Product Manager will work directly with customers and sales teams to understand requirements, partner with engineering and design to build and deploy solutions, and collaborate with account management to support customer onboarding and adoption. The position will also extend the platform into new areas, including deeper integration with vehicles.
