Compensation: The base pay range for this position is $131,000 - $157,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, or other incentive compensation in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of relevant product management experience
  • Extensive understanding of product management and ownership of complex, cross-functional products
  • Proven ability to define and implement product strategy aligned with business goals
  • Ability to define KPIs and leverage insights to drive measurable outcomes

Responsibilities

  • Leads strategy and execution for key product initiatives that directly impact customer experience, operational excellence, and business growth.
  • Owns product vision and strategy end-to-end, translating complex business needs into scalable, user-centered solutions.
  • Partners closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, data-informed outcomes.
  • Define, articulate, and continuously evolve product vision and strategy aligned with OnTrac’s business objectives and growth priorities.
  • Develop and maintain a clear, outcome-driven product roadmap informed by market research, competitive analysis, customer feedback, and operational insights.
  • Communicate strategy and roadmap effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Build and sustain a deep understanding of customer and internal user personas across the logistics and delivery lifecycle, and translate those needs into actionable product requirements, strategic initiatives, and roadmap priorities.
  • Advocate for a strong user-centered mindset across the product development process.
  • Champion agile methodologies by ensuring a well-groomed, prioritized, and outcome-focused product backlog.
  • Partner with engineering and design teams to refine user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans, and lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and product demonstrations to ensure transparency, alignment, and momentum.
