About The Position

Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Sr. Product Manager in Los Angeles, CA to build and ship immersive new ways of diving into the catalog of games by harnessing personalization capabilities across consoles, mobile app, and web properties.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or related or equivalent
  • Four (4) years of experience analyzing market and industry trends to guide product development while working in Agile and Scrum environments
  • Four (4) years of experience establishing requirements for viable products based on identified business goals and prioritizations
  • Four (4) years of experience identifying technical dependencies and establishing development timelines
  • Four (4) years of experience performing product performance analysis to measure outcomes against forecasted expectations
  • Four (4) years of experience analyzing product outcomes and identifying additional feature requirements to improve product outcomes via post-production updates
  • Four (4) years of experience managing the product portfolio and analyzing and developing insights from collected data utilizing Atlassian JIRA, Adobe Analytics, Salesforce Tableau, and Figma
  • Four (4) years of experience educating cross-functional stakeholders through UAT sessions, trainings, and briefings
  • Four (4) years of experience authoring PRDs and technical briefs for engineering implementation
  • Four (4) years of experience leading cross-functional workshops to define product vision and resolve implementation ambiguity
  • Four (4) years of experience operationalizing experimentation and analytics frameworks using BI platforms
  • Four (4) years of experience defining and managing A/B testing strategies for product optimization
  • Four (4) years of experience designing automation features to streamline operations and improve workflow efficiency
