About The Position

PrizePicks is hiring a strategic product leader to own a critical pod within its Core domain and build foundational systems that support trust, monetization, compliance, and operational excellence. The role owns strategy and execution across one of three areas: Payments, Accounts & Fraud, or Responsible Gaming & Compliance. The product leader works closely with Finance, Risk, Legal, Operations, Engineering, CX, and Data to shape experiences that reinforce player loyalty and business resilience. The position involves setting a multi-year roadmap, guiding strategic tradeoffs, and working with Engineering leadership to build systems that scale across states, payment methods, and player volumes. It also focuses on reducing friction and operational burden through product experiences and internal tools, while aligning the pod's work with shared business outcomes. The successful candidate will communicate the pod's vision and progress to leadership, advocate for resources and priorities, and help the broader PAM domain work cohesively. The role is preferably based in Atlanta, but qualified applicants anywhere in the U.S. may be considered, including remote candidates. The typical salary range is $160,000 to $180,000, with actual pay dependent on location, skills, experience, and education. The application period is stated to remain open for 30 days from posting, subject to change. Candidates must be authorized to work for any U.S. employer; visa sponsorship is not available.
