About The Position

The Sr. Product Manager, Menu Product is an individual contributor responsible for shaping strategy and driving large-scale initiatives across Subway’s menu and product management domain. The role also sets direction for product backlogs and prioritization, brings ambiguous stakeholder requests through solutioning to a shippable plan, establishes decision-making metrics and processes, anticipates cross-team risks, and represents guest and franchisee perspectives in trade-offs. It includes formally mentoring and coaching other product managers.
