Responsibilities

  • Design and continuously improve guided buying pathways within procurement systems
  • Partner with stakeholders to align buying channels (catalogs, forms, punchouts) with business needs
  • Define and enforce buying rules, policies, and user journeys that drive compliant purchasing behavior
  • Support global guided buying initiatives, including alignment across Cable/Sky procurement teams
  • Drive catalog expansion to support guided buying adoption
  • Develop and maintain dashboards tracking: Guided buying adoption rates, Catalog vs. non-catalog spend, Compliance to preferred suppliers, PO accuracy and cycle time
  • Conducting in-depth market and supplier research to identify sourcing opportunities, evaluate supplier capabilities, and stay informed on industry trends relevant to the Professional Services category
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and developing sourcing strategies that align with operational goals and budget constraints
  • Assisting in executing sourcing initiatives such as Requests for Proposals (RFPs), supplier evaluations, contract negotiations, and Statements of Work (SOWs) review, with increasing responsibility over time
  • Helping manages supplier relationships by supporting performance monitoring, issue resolution, and regular business reviews to ensure alignment with service expectations and contractual obligations
  • Assisting with contract lifecycle activities, including redlining and negotiation of financial and legal terms in collaboration with category leaders and legal teams
  • Analyzing procurement data to identify trends, savings opportunities, and operational improvements.
  • Supporting reporting efforts for category performance and strategic initiatives
  • Participating in initiatives aimed at improving procurement processes, increasing automation, and enhancing the speed and efficiency of sourcing and contracting activities
  • Supporting the development and enforcement of procurement policies, ensuring adherence to internal controls and external regulatory requirements
  • Working under the guidance of Professional Services category leaders to grow procurement and sourcing capabilities through hands-on experience and mentorship
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
  • Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
