The Senior Portfolio Manager is responsible for leading the strategic direction, portfolio planning, and financial performance architecture of Community Coffee’s Coffee Service Division (CSD). This role is accountable for developing long-term portfolio and channel strategies that drive profitable growth across Coffee Service customers and routes to market. This role owns portfolio strategy, innovation prioritization, lifecycle discipline, and financial planning for the division, ensuring alignment between product strategy, channel opportunity, and operational execution. Working closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations, this role establishes the strategic framework that guides portfolio investment, pricing architecture, and innovation priorities across the Coffee Service business. Success in this role requires strong financial acumen, structured strategic thinking, and the ability to translate complex market dynamics into clear, actionable portfolio strategies that enable sustainable growth and margin expansion.
