Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics or other business-related discipline.
7+ years of experience with proven leadership in Finance/Treasury in a depository institution.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
Extensive depository institution experience in the following areas: Investment portfolio management, Asset/liability management and interest rate risk analysis, Liquidity management, Capital management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

An advanced degree or Chartered Financial Analyst designation is preferred.
Easy-going demeanor and a conservative investment style are traits consistent with a Senior Bank Portfolio Manager.

Responsibilities

Management of fixed income investment portfolios for clients.
Develops and implements investment strategies that optimize investment performance while maintaining compliance and consistency with the client’s policies and prudent risk management practices, based on a careful evaluation of each client’s balance sheet.
Client and prospect visits are an important responsibility of each portfolio manager; therefore, frequent travel is required.
