FHNF PORTFOLIO MANAGER SR
About The Position
Responsibilities include management of fixed income investment portfolios for clients. Based on a careful evaluation of each client’s balance sheet, this person develops and implements investment strategies that optimize investment performance while maintaining compliance and consistency with the client’s policies and prudent risk management practices. This person should have extensive depository institution experience in the following areas: Investment portfolio management, Asset/liability management and interest rate risk analysis, Liquidity management, Capital management. This person should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Client and prospect visits are an important responsibility of each portfolio manager; therefore, frequent travel is required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics or other business-related discipline.
- 7+ years of experience with proven leadership in Finance/Treasury in a depository institution.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment.
- Easy-going demeanor and a conservative investment style are traits consistent with a Senior Bank Portfolio Manager.
Nice To Haves
- An advanced degree or Chartered Financial Analyst designation is preferred.
