About The Position

UC Health is seeking a Senior Patient Accounting Representative to support its revenue cycle. The role checks unpaid claim status electronically or by phone and works with third-party carriers or intermediaries. Following standard operating departmental procedures, the representative pursues prompt payment of hospital claims for assigned financial classes and payors. The role collaborates with other departments to drive payer collections and communicates process issues and improvements to the Patient Account Lead. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in medical billing and/or collections.
