About the Role: The Senior Partner/Alliances Business Operations Analyst is a global position that drives the strategic planning, execution, and management of systems infrastructure supporting our Partner/Alliances go-to-market initiatives. This role spearheads the digital transformation of our Partner Experience, focusing on optimizing key capabilities to deliver exceptional service while streamlining processes for both Partners and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will enhance CrowdStrike's partner ecosystem by implementing scalable automation solutions, fostering operational excellence, and serving as a key liaison across cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Preferred 5+ years of Channel/Partner Program/Operations experience
  • Experience with key Partner capabilities: Leads, Contracts, Deal Registration, Cloud Marketplace, On-boarding, Incentives, Quoting (CPQ/RLM), Order Processing, Invoicing, B2B, Training/Certifications, Managed Services, and provisioning
  • Extensive Salesforce expertise
  • Experience in fast-growing SaaS environments
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to identify anomalies
  • Self-starter, detail-oriented, operationally-minded, comfortable with flexible hours
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Proficiency in business applications: Google Workspace, Excel, PowerPoint, Clari, Tackle, Crossbeam, Miro, Slack,and BI tools (Tableau preferred)
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, demonstrate agility, and navigate ambiguity

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning & Roadmap Management Develop and maintain strategic roadmap for Partner capabilities enhancements and initiatives
  • Drive Partner Capabilities system roadmap evolution to support strategic objectives
  • Align with Go-to-Market teams on business priorities and policy implementation
  • Gather business requirements for new enhancements and initiatives
  • System & Process Management Serve as primary subject matter expert and escalation point for designated Partner capabilities
  • Manage system improvement lifecycle from discovery to implementation with stakeholder alignment
  • Implement data governance processes to ensure system performance and data integrity
  • Establish KPIs (adoption rates, SLAs, support metrics) to identify optimization opportunities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system defects and technical issues
  • Monitor system workflows to ensure stability and optimal performance
  • Documentation & Collaboration Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and logical workflows
  • Coordinate cross-functional documentation of processes and Partner integration workflows
  • Collaborate with IT on requirements, documentation, user stories, testing, and training
  • Lead change management, including training materials and transition documentation
