About The Position
Join a team that designs, develops, and integrates highly complex mission systems for space within Honeywell Aerospace. As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Mechanical, Electrical, and Software engineers. This leadership will support a team that specializes in the design, development, and manufacturing of novel, state-of-the-art optical instruments for military, space, and commercial applications, including Earth observation, atmospheric monitoring, space situational awareness, space science, and optical communications. You will leverage your technical experience and skills to guide your team in the investigation and solution of challenging technical problems. You will use your leadership skills to motivate teams that are designing new or modifying existing products, parts, and processes. By collaborating with customers and broader engineering teams, you will balance team workload and drive exceptional team performance with high impact for the business.
