About The Position

Johnson & Johnson MedTech, a member of the Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Senior Manager, Strategic Capacity Management, to support the Wound Closure & Healing platform within its Surgery Business Unit. The Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices Companies have been making surgeries for over a century. With meaningful breadth and depth in surgical technologies, orthopedic, and interventional solutions, we seek to improve and enhance medical care for people worldwide. Together, we are working to craft the future of health through differentiated products and services. Wound Closure is the foundation of a successful surgery. And as surgery evolves, so do our technologies. By relentlessly advancing closure and healing solutions, we help surgeons anticipate surgical challenges, navigate tissue complexity, and improve patient outcomes. Establishing a robust Strategic Capacity Management (SCM) capability is a top priority for Johnson and Johnson MedTech. With good business momentum, we're growing! As such, we need to ensure our network capacity can support patient needs in the long term. You'll be at the core of where strategy is analyzed and defined, designed for current volatility, looking into scenarios, financial trade-offs and risk mitigations. The Senior Manager, Strategic Capacity Management, will drive the SCM process, embedded within the Wound Closure & Healing (WCH) organization and reporting to the LRPP/SCM Business Process Leader, within the Integrated Business Management (IBM) team, which is part of the global MedTech Supply Chain organization. This position will lead & orchestrate the WCH SCM process across multiple stakeholders across the globe, drive and evaluate long term supply chain scenarios in the 2 to 10 year horizon.
