About The Position

NEUTROGENA® is a powerhouse brand that develops, manufactures, and markets skin and hair care products sold worldwide and recommended by Dermatologists. The product line includes facial cleansers and moisturizers, sun protection, acne, cosmetics, body moisturizers and washes, shampoo, and other hair and skin care products. The Senior Manager, Neutrogena Events & Engagement is responsible for leading Neutrogena’s total activation strategy and integrated execution across all consumer touchpoints. This role owns multi‑year planning, oversees end‑to‑end activation (social, retail, partnerships, and events), manages budget discipline, and leads a cross‑functional team to deliver against business objectives.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of 7–10+ years in brand management, event and activations or integrated marketing roles.
  • Experience leading teams and developing mid‑level managers.
  • Demonstrated success driving brand experiences & activations, best-in-class social media strategy, integrated communications campaign strategy and execution.
  • Proven cross‑functional leadership skills and agency management experience.
  • Beauty or fashion experience strongly preferred; cross-category brands a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the total US Neutrogena activation strategy across all touchpoints, from planning and briefing to execution.
  • Identify and execute new and white-space opportunities, partnerships and events for Neutrogena to enter and lead cultural conversation.
  • Own the integrated brand equity calendar and ensure alignment to business and product priorities.
  • Lead annual and multi‑year activation planning and budget management.
  • Oversee owned US social and community strategy, agency partnerships, and platform growth (Instagram, TikTok, TYB).
  • Work closely with Global team to ensure US priorities, activations and retail moments are captured in campaign briefings, calendars and brand development.
  • Lead social listening and mass sampling efforts to drive word-of-mouth and brand love.
  • Manage a US social strategist and agency partners to deliver executional excellence and a best-in-class social presence.
  • Partner with media teams to support an always‑on media and boosting approach.
  • Lead and develop a team of direct reports across social media and activation executions.
  • Define clear roles, responsibilities, and ways of working to drive efficiency and accountability.
