About The Position

The Opportunity We are seeking a results-driven Sr. Manager, Indirect Partner Channel to lead and optimize the performance of our indirect partner ecosystem. In this highly visible leadership role, you will own partner performance end-to-end, including vendor management, analytics, reporting, sales accountability, and channel optimization. Success in this role is defined by your ability to hold partners accountable to performance expectations, deliver measurable revenue outcomes, and provide transparent, data-driven insights that support business decision-making and optimize channel performance. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in: Indirect sales, Channel or partner management, Affiliate marketing, Business development
  • Proven track record of driving revenue through third-party partners while holding partners accountable to performance expectations
  • Experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives
  • Telecom, broadband, or subscription-based industry experience preferred
  • Proven track record of successful professional sales experience
  • Deep understanding of indirect sales and partner channel models
  • Experience designing and launching partner incentive and compensation programs
  • Strong sales management capabilities
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills
  • Ability to leverage performance data to improve partner outcomes and drive revenue growth
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized, flexible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to confidently speak in public, influence stakeholders, and motivate others
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license and driving record that meets company insurance standards

Responsibilities

  • Owning relationships with: Affiliates, Indirect partners, Resellers, Marketplace vendors
  • Leading partner onboarding, including: Contracts, Compliance, Training, Enablement
  • Serving as the primary escalation point for partner performance and operational issues
  • Establishing and maintaining: Partner playbooks, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Performance scorecards
  • Conducting regular business reviews to drive partner alignment, accountability, and growth
  • Setting and enforcing partner sales quotas and performance expectations
  • Holding partners accountable to: Sales performance, Quality standards, Conversion metrics, Customer experience KPIs
  • Identifying underperformance and executing optimization strategies or offboarding actions when necessary
  • Driving revenue growth through: Negotiation, Incentive programs, Program optimization
  • Overseeing commissions, spiffs, and payout accuracy in partnership with Finance and Sales Operations
  • Building and maintaining dashboards to track: Sales performance, Revenue, Quality, ROI
  • Delivering executive-ready reporting and actionable performance insights
  • Ensuring data integrity through reconciliation with internal systems
  • Analyzing: Funnel performance, Attribution, Customer outcomes
  • Owning channel forecasting and variance analysis
  • Partnering with internal teams to ensure compliance with: Messaging, Creative assets, Promotional offers
  • Collaborating with: Finance, Sales Operations, IT, Legal, Compliance to support partner enablement and operational effectiveness
  • Aligning with Customer Experience teams to resolve partner-driven issues
  • Providing market and partner insights to Product and Pricing teams to help inform strategy
  • Developing and executing the indirect channel roadmap and partner strategy
  • Evaluating and piloting: New partners, Platforms, Customer acquisition models
  • Defining and optimizing channel economics, including: CPA, Payout structures, ROI
  • Implementing quality assurance and fraud prevention processes
  • Lead and develop a high-performing, accountable partner team
  • Foster a results-driven and partner-focused culture
  • Represent the channel in executive forums and contribute to broader growth strategy discussions
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
