Channel Partner Managers are responsible for sourcing, activating, and supporting partners who drive revenue through inbound and outbound activities. We think of our channel partner managers as full-stack consultants who help our partners grow their business with monday.com. About The Role You’re the boss of your book: ​​ Take responsibility for the strategy and execution of your region. This is a quota-carrying role. Identify and recruit potential channel partners based on a data-driven approach. Track, report, and optimize partner performance across their sales, marketing, and consulting functions. Help partners develop & execute outbound strategies that generate new leads with verticalized solutions. Work cross-functionally with the monday.com sales and CS organizations to accelerate deals by filling potential knowledge, product, service gaps with partner offerings.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years experience in sales/account management/channel partner management - must have been in a quota-carrying role
  • Experience in working directly or indirectly with Channel Partners/ VARs / SIs/ GSIs
  • Experience in a global work environment.
  • Track record of taking projects from A to Z - we really value and recognize our self-starters.
  • Strong relationship-builder and initiator approach.

  • You are not scared of negotiation. Whether it be negotiating a SaaS subscription alongside a partner or the balance of our company and partners' needs, you can tactfully negotiate.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in vertical solutions and/or services partnerships that drive subscription revenue
  • Experience working with larger GSI/SIs like Accenture and TCS.
