About The Position
Plans, organizes and controls the launch, control room function and/or international functions. Ensures a high level of service and quality of transportation for packages and on-time launch at a minimal cost.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree/equivalent.
- Seven (7) years business experience including two (2) years related experience in transportation, which includes one (1) year of management/supervisory experience.
- Understanding of all applicable customs relations.
- Strong basic management, human relations and communications skills.

- Employees will be required to work at the FedEx location five days a week.
Responsibilities
- Plans, organizes, and controls the launch, control room function, and international functions, ensuring a high level of service and quality of transportation for packages and on-time launch at a minimal cost.
- Ensures high-quality transportation services.
- Selects and develops a subordinate staff.
- Implements and monitors operational plans.
- Directs and controls aircraft functions.
- Ensures safety methods, establishing cost-effectiveness goals.
- Performs other duties as assigned
