About The Position

Strategic HR partner supporting Avionics Engineering leadership across geographically dispersed teams, enabling alignment between business objectives and people-focused initiatives while advancing key HR priorities. This role will be worked onsite in Cedar Rapids, IA, or Melbourne, FL.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum of 7 years of experience
  • Experience supporting multiple executive level leaders
  • Experience supporting multi location facilities
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

  • Leverage REPM framework and CORE tools to enable effective project planning.
  • Enable business success by making moderate improvements of processes, systems or products to enhance performance of work area.
  • Identify people solutions to address business needs and enable high-performing teams.
  • Solutions generally address short-to-medium-range operational plans (e.g., less than one to two years).
  • Ability to travel 10-15%
