Senior Manager, Commercial Sales – Quebec Location: Montreal, QC Company: Rogers Communications Reporting to: Director of Sales, Quebec Position Summary Rogers Communications is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Manager, Commercial Sales – Quebec to lead commercial sales performance across the province of Quebec. Based in Montreal, this role is accountable for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and leading a high-performing B2B sales organization across key Quebec markets. The successful candidate will combine strong leadership, deep knowledge of the Quebec business landscape, and a proven ability to execute complex sales strategies in a highly competitive environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA considered an asset)
  • 8–12+ years of progressive experience in B2B/commercial sales, ideally in telecom or technology
  • 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams across multiple regions or territories
  • Proven success delivering revenue growth in complex, competitive markets
  • Strong understanding of the Quebec economic, regulatory, and cultural environment
  • Proven ability to lead high-performance sales teams
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution discipline
  • Advanced negotiation and large-deal management expertise
  • Strong financial acumen and forecasting capabilities
  • Excellent communication and executive presence
  • Fully bilingual (French and English) – required
  • Resident of the greater Montreal area
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving market

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a geographically distributed commercial sales team across Quebec
  • Define and execute a sales strategy aligned with Rogers’ corporate objectives
  • Drive revenue growth across Commercial & mid-market, segments
  • Establish regional priorities based on market opportunities (Montreal, Quebec City, and key regional markets)
  • Identify and capture new business opportunities across Quebec industries and verticals
  • Build and sustain executive-level relationships with key customers and partners
  • Oversee complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including large deals
  • Partner with marketing, product, and solution teams to deliver localized and industry-specific offerings
  • Monitor established KPIs, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy across the team
  • Drive a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize sales effectiveness and resource allocation
  • Serve as an escalation point for key Quebec-based accounts
  • Represent Rogers at industry events, customer forums, and within the Quebec business community
  • Ensure a strong customer-first mindset aligned with Rogers’ brand and service standards
