It aligns commercial commitments with capacity, lead times, and production planning. The role forecasts demand and revenue, reports pipeline and performance to the Vice President, Aftermarket, works with Regional Aftermarket Managers and the dealer network to identify opportunities, monitors market and competitor activity, and helps define the processes, tools, and team needed to scale SFS.
