Sr. Marketing Specialist (Jeuveau®)
About The Position
Evolus is seeking an experienced and driven Sr. Marketing Specialist (Jeuveau®) to join their Commercial Marketing Team. This role is responsible for executing marketing programs, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the seamless delivery of campaigns and promotional initiatives. The Senior Marketing Specialist will act as the operational backbone for the Jeuveau® Franchise team, translating strategy into execution by managing promotions, field communications, vendors, and processes with precision and efficiency. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in either business or life sciences preferred.
- 2+ years of experience within Sales or Marketing.
- Experience in medical aesthetics preferred.
- Ability to work independently and solve problems creatively.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in all standard Office computer programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Lead Promotional Execution & Operations: Execute promotional programs and campaigns in alignment with brand strategy. Manage promotional timelines, asset delivery, and cross-functional coordination. Manage production, inventory, and distribution of promotional materials. Lead the production, logistics, and distribution of in-office collateral. Develop creative briefs and manage the review and approval process with Legal, Regulatory, and medical teams to ensure materials meet compliance standards and launch timelines.
- Budget & Vendor Management: Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency. Maintain oversight of operational processes to ensure compliance and accuracy. Support budget tracking, purchase orders, and spend reconciliation.
- Field Communications & Enablement: Develop and manage Jeuveau® communications to the sales force, including campaign updates and materials distribution. Ensure communications are clear, actionable, and aligned with brand messaging.
