About The Position

This hybrid role, based in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, or New York City, is part of the Channel Strategy & Operations (CSO) marketing team. The CSO mission is to generate and efficiently convert demand at scale, increasing marketing effectiveness and efficiency across Paid and Owned media. The Owned In-House Agency Team supports LinkedIn's Owned Media team, focusing on channel strategy, prioritization, and performance across Email and LinkedIn Ads. This team is responsible for executing campaigns, ensuring high-quality delivery, operational excellence, and providing reporting insights. A key aspect of the role involves enabling efficiency and consistency through technology, automation, and tooling, driving impact through execution, scalability, and continuous improvement. The Marketing Technology Operations Manager acts as a crucial link between the CSO and MarTech teams, championing the tooling and agentic vision, ensuring transparent communication, managing workstreams, and securing leadership approvals for strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage technical expertise and operational excellence to enhance efficiency and scalability across marketing technology platforms.

Requirements

  • BA/ BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in Marketing Operations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated commitment to system stability, documentation, and long-term engineering rigor.
  • Exceptional analytical, system design, and documentation skills; capable of translating business requirements into scalable technical workflows.
  • Relentless focus on process optimization, efficiency, and automation.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with paid funnel operations (LinkedIn Ads) and email service providers (Adobe Campaign) is a plus.
  • Proven ability to use AI-driven tools or agentic workflows to automate tasks and GTM execution.

Responsibilities

  • Be both the champion and project manager for advancing the Owned In-House Agency technology roadmap and vision.
  • Drive education and adoption of marketing technology roadmap.
  • Act as the primary liaison between CSO and MarTech teams, facilitating clear communication and resolving escalations.
  • Ensure all relevant parties are updated on strategic action plans and obtain necessary leadership approvals.
  • Optimize marketing technology processes for efficiency and scalability, refactoring legacy workflows into automated solutions.
  • Maintain system stability and uphold rigorous documentation standards, approaching changes with an engineering mindset.
  • Design and monitor scalable technical workflows that meet evolving business needs.
  • Leverage AI-driven tools and agentic workflows to automate tasks and support go-to-market (GTM) execution.
  • Create, maintain and execute against the Owned channels’ roadmap, aligning priorities across CSO and MarTech stakeholders.
  • Contribute to ad operations, including platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
