The Owned In-House Agency Team supports LinkedIn's Owned Media team, focusing on channel strategy, prioritization, and performance across Email and LinkedIn Ads. This team is responsible for executing campaigns, ensuring high-quality delivery, operational excellence, and providing reporting insights. A key aspect of the role involves enabling efficiency and consistency through technology, automation, and tooling, driving impact through execution, scalability, and continuous improvement. The Marketing Technology Operations Manager acts as a crucial link between the CSO and MarTech teams, championing the tooling and agentic vision, ensuring transparent communication, managing workstreams, and securing leadership approvals for strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will leverage technical expertise and operational excellence to enhance efficiency and scalability across marketing technology platforms.
