About The Position

PharMerica, a part of Brightspring Health Services, is a long‑term care pharmacy services provider that supplies medications, clinical support, and pharmacy management to healthcare organizations across the United States. The Senior Manager, Marketing Platforms & Enablement is responsible for designing, owning, and evolving the technology platforms, data foundations, processes, and enablement frameworks that power a high-performing marketing organization. This role serves as the architect and steward of marketing platforms, including HubSpot, CRM connectivity, data governance, reporting frameworks, workflow tools, and AI-enabled capabilities. In addition, this role leads marketing-wide enablement and process design, ensuring teams have the structure, visibility, and tools required to execute effectively and scale sustainably. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, this role partners closely with marketing leaders, Sales, Finance, IT, Analytics, and Legal. We’re looking for a candidate with 7 or more years of hands‑on experience in marketing technology, enablement, or similar strategic functions. Strong proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua), CRM platforms, and the surrounding marketing technology landscape is required. Remote opportunity Schedule: Monday through Friday with occasional weekends if needed. Hours per business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing technology, platforms, enablement, or similar strategic roles
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua), CRM platforms, and marketing technology ecosystems
  • Proven success designing scalable platforms, governance models, and team enablement frameworks
  • Highly organized, systems-oriented, and comfortable operating in ambiguity
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience evaluating and implementing AI and automation tools in a marketing context preferred

Responsibilities

  • Serves as the strategic owner of HubSpot and the broader marketing technology ecosystem, including architecture, configuration, governance, and roadmap planning
  • Owns CRM connectivity and lifecycle alignment, ensuring accurate data flow, clear handoffs, and reliable pipeline visibility
  • Leads integration strategy across marketing, sales, analytics, and workflow platforms
  • Establishes platform standards, documentation, and governance models to support scalability and consistency
  • Designs and implements end-to-end marketing workflows, including campaign intake, planning, execution, measurement, and reporting
  • Builds and documents standard operating models that clarify roles, responsibilities, timing, and decision-making across teams
  • Identifies friction points and inefficiencies; design scalable solutions that improve speed, quality, and accountability
  • Enables adoption of new processes through training, documentation, and continuous improvement
  • This role is expected to create clarity and structure where it does not yet exist
  • Develops and maintains dashboards and reporting frameworks that provide visibility into campaign performance and pipeline contribution
  • Ensures alignment between marketing and CRM reporting as a trusted source of truth
  • Partners with leadership to define KPIs and enable data-driven decision-making
  • Leads the evaluation, piloting, and implementation of AI-powered marketing tools across content creation, analytics, workflow, personalization, and optimization
  • Partners with IT, Legal, and Security to ensure AI solutions meet governance, compliance, and data standards
  • Establishes responsible-use guidelines and enablement resources for AI adoption across marketing
  • Maintains marketing budget
  • Partners with Finance and marketing leadership on forecasting, actual spend and accruals
  • Owns marketing workflow and project management platforms, ensuring configuration, governance, and adoption enable visibility and accountability
  • Supports prioritization and capacity planning by enabling shared views of work, dependencies, and timelines
  • Evaluates and introduces new tools that enhance collaboration and execution as needs evolve
  • Acts as the primary marketing partner for Sales Ops, Finance, IT, Analytics, and Legal on platforms, data, and enablement
  • Influences decisions through expertise, systems thinking, and insight rather than formal authority
  • Enables marketing leaders and contributors through tools, training, standards, and clear ways of working
