The Owned In-House Agency Team, part of the Channel Strategy & Operations (CSO) marketing team, aims to create and convert demand efficiently at scale, increasing effectiveness and efficiency across Marketing. This team supports the LinkedIn Owned Media team, which leads channel strategy, prioritization, and performance across Email and LinkedIn Ads. The team ensures high-quality execution and operational excellence for campaigns, including builds, QA, and reporting insights. A key focus is enabling efficiency and consistency through technology, automation, and tooling. The Marketing Technology Operations Manager acts as a vital link between CSO and MarTech teams, driving the tooling and agentic vision, ensuring transparent communication, and securing leadership approval for strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with operational excellence to drive efficiency and scale across marketing technology platforms.
