The Sr. Marketing Operations Manager role is part of the Channel Strategy & Operations (CSO) marketing team, specifically within the Owned In-House Agency Team. The CSO mission is to create and convert demand efficiently at scale, increasing marketing effectiveness and efficiency across Paid and Owned media. The Owned In-House Agency Team supports the LinkedIn Owned Media team by leading channel strategy, prioritization, and performance across Email and LinkedIn Ads. This team is responsible for bringing campaigns to life at scale, ensuring high-quality execution and operational excellence across a complex portfolio, including campaign builds, QA, and reporting insights. The role also focuses on enabling efficiency and consistency through technology, automation, and tooling, driving impact through execution, scalability, and continuous improvement. The Sr. Marketing Operations Manager will oversee a team responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable execution across LinkedIn’s owned media channels (Email and LinkedIn Ads). This role acts as a horizontal capability, supporting high-priority innovation initiatives, rapid-response escalations, and cross-portfolio execution needs outside standard quarterly planning. Additionally, the manager is responsible for identifying opportunities for innovation through automation, testing, and exploring new functionalities within the ecosystem and industry.
