The Sr. Marketing Operations Manager II will be part of the Owned In-House Agency Team within the Channel Strategy & Operations (CSO) marketing team. The CSO mission is to create and convert demand efficiently at scale, increasing marketing effectiveness and efficiency. The Owned In-House Agency Team supports the LinkedIn Owned Media team, focusing on channel strategy, prioritization, and performance across Email and LinkedIn Ads. This team is responsible for bringing campaigns to life at scale, ensuring high-quality execution and operational excellence, including campaign builds, QA, and reporting insights. A key aspect of the role involves enabling efficiency and consistency through technology, automation, and tooling. The Senior Marketing Operations Manager leads a specialized team focused on email operations and LOL (LinkedIn on LinkedIn), managing production across multiple business lines and programs to drive higher conversion and engagement. This position is ideal for a digital marketing leader with experience managing global teams and delivering results across various programs and business lines.
