The Owned In-House Agency Team, part of the Channel Strategy & Operations (CSO) marketing team, aims to create and convert demand efficiently at scale, increasing effectiveness and efficiency across Marketing. This team supports the LinkedIn Owned Media team, which leads channel strategy, prioritization, and performance across Email and LinkedIn Ads. The Senior Marketing Operations Manager II will bring campaigns to life at scale, ensuring high-quality execution and operational excellence across a complex portfolio, including driving execution of campaign builds, QA, and reporting insights. This role also plays a key part in enabling efficiency and consistency through the use and enablement of technology, automation, and tooling, delivering impact through execution, scalability, and continuous improvement. This position reports to a Director focused on improving workflows, tooling, and operating models. The Senior Marketing Operations Manager leads a specialized team running email operations and LOL (LinkedIn on LinkedIn), managing production across multiple business lines and programs to deliver higher conversion and engagement. It is ideal for a digital marketing leader with experience managing global teams and delivering results across multiple programs and business lines.
