The marketing team at Heartland School Solutions is responsible for telling the story of their products and shaping the division's voice, comprising strategists, creatives, writers, and brand ambassadors who demonstrate product value. They collaborate with sales, product development, and client services to create a cohesive brand experience and build customer loyalty. As the Sr. Marketing Manager, you will manage the go-to-market strategy, developing campaigns, content, and messaging to promote the brand and products. You are expected to have a strong understanding of current marketing trends and strategies, capable of leading integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution, and working cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Product Management to ensure timely and on-budget campaign launches.

Requirements

  • 6-7+ years of related marketing experience
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and implement overall School Solutions marketing strategy
  • Develop marketing campaigns to generate new leads for sales team
  • Create marketing campaigns to nurture leads and increase lead conversion rates
  • Manage digital advertising channels to drive more inbound traffic to our website and digital content
  • Work with the the Lifecycle Marketing team and manage our B2C marketing presence to grow MSB parent engagement and increase annual transaction revenue
  • Work with Marketing team members to coordinate the creation of new marketing assets to support all digital and advertising campaigns
  • Track progress of campaign results and key marketing metrics to help the organization make informed, data-driven decisions
  • Work closely with stakeholders from all departments to find ways to refine our message and better connect with customers and prospects
  • Develop testing process to help us optimize our digital marketing content for better conversion rates
  • Analyze customer and lead/prospect data to find ways to better segment our audiences for future marketing campaigns
