Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing, this role leads cross-functional go-to-market planning and oversees execution across multiple initiatives. You translate strategic direction into clear, actionable marketing plans, aligning teams, channels, and resources to deliver measurable business outcomes. This role is ideal for a senior marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategy, planning rigor, and execution, and who leads through influence, clarity, and strong cross-functional relationships

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant marketing experience, with 3+ years leading or mentoring team members.
  • Proven experience owning integrated marketing planning for complex initiatives or portfolios.
  • Strong ability to connect strategy to execution through clear frameworks, briefs, and plans.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams through influence, alignment, and planning rigor.
  • Experience managing project-level budgets, scopes of work, and agency/vendor partners.
  • Strong analytical and insight-driven mindset, with experience evaluating plans and optimizing performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bring clarity to ambiguity and align diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional marketing planning in partnership with the Senior Director, translating strategic priorities into integrated go-to-market plans.
  • Direct tactical planning and execution across sales, brand, growth, creative, and insights teams through influence rather than authority.
  • Distill complex business requirements into clear marketing blueprints, including objectives, target audiences, timelines, KPIs, and success measures.
  • Develop project-level marketing plans encompassing channel mix, messaging frameworks, content calendars, activation tactics, and detailed timelines.
  • Coordinate cross-team alignment to ensure shared priorities, sequencing, and readiness for execution.
  • Design and orchestrate execution across multiple initiatives, maintaining momentum and accountability across teams.
  • Provide day-to-day oversight of campaign execution, ensuring work is delivered on strategy, on time, and on budget.
  • Own briefing for key initiatives, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand positioning and business goals.
  • Analyze historical performance, market insights, and business data to evaluate plans and inform decision-making.
  • Establish performance expectations and continuously optimize plans based on results, learnings, and changing market conditions.
  • Champion the customer by developing a deep understanding of the business and customer journey through strong internal partnerships.
  • Prepare and manage project-level budgets, scopes of work, and timelines for agency, vendor, and internal teams.
  • Make informed channel mix recommendations grounded in performance data and business objectives
