We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who can help us grow that impact through thoughtful strategy, strong execution, and modern marketing expertise. This role is ideal for someone who can lead key marketing initiatives, collaborate across departments, and help a purpose-driven brand connect with customers in meaningful ways. The right candidate is both strategic and hands-on, comfortable managing campaigns while leveraging modern tools—including AI—to improve efficiency and results.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of progressive marketing experience, preferably in consumer packaged goods, retail, wellness, food and beverage, or related industries
  • Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content strategy, and customer engagement
  • Comfortable using AI and modern marketing technologies to improve productivity and performance
  • Highly organized with exceptional project management skills
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Passion for health, wellness, nutrition, and living intentionally

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across retail, digital, in-store, and community channels
  • Collaborate with leadership to support growth initiatives, new product launches, and customer engagement strategies
  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Oversee content development across social media, email marketing, website, and in-store communications
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer insights to optimize marketing effectiveness
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, performance, and efficiency through technology and AI-enabled tools
  • Support local community engagement efforts and brand partnerships
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations that help strengthen the Arden’s Garden brand and customer experience
