The Sr. Marketing Director – Segment, Portfolio & Innovation will lead segment marketing, portfolio management, and innovation for Ecolab's Institutional North America Lodging, Long-Term Care, and Facilities business — a $1.2B+ business serving hotels, senior living and skilled nursing, education, government, and commercial spaces. This leader will own the product portfolio strategy across Ecolab-branded and distributor co-branded product lines, contribute to the overall business growth strategy and annual plan, and lead a team of marketers responsible for segment growth, portfolio management, and innovation commercialization. Working closely with Corporate Accounts, Field Sales, Research & Development, Marketing Communications, Finance, and Industry Relations, this leader will translate customer and market insights into differentiated value propositions, best-in-class programs, and a multi-year innovation roadmap that accelerates growth and category leadership.
