This role owns the development of a scalable, role‑based training roadmap spanning JJOS methodology, Lean, Six Sigma, Asset Management, and related capabilities, ensuring alignment with Innovative Medicine, MedTech, and enterprise priorities. The Senior Manager builds and sustains a robust Train‑the‑Trainer model to enable consistent, cost‑efficient delivery and long‑term program sustainability. Working closely with site, functional, and enterprise partners, this role links capability development to measurable business and value outcomes, providing leadership‑ready insights that support operational excellence, talent development, and continuous improvement across the global supply chain. This role partners closely with the Training & Execution team to ensure programs are delivered effectively.
